Gemstone Lights are engineered with high-performance LED technology rated for approximately 50,000 hours of use. With typical evening usage of around 6–7 hours per night, the lighting system can last 20 years or more while maintaining brightness and color performance.

Permanent lighting systems require very little maintenance. Because the lights are installed under the soffit and protected from direct weather exposure, they are designed to operate reliably year-round. If a light ever needs service, the system is designed so individual lights can be replaced without removing the entire track.

If a component of your lighting system ever stops working, our team can inspect the system and replace the affected part if necessary. Because the system uses commercial-grade LED components and weather-sealed connections, issues are uncommon, but service is available if needed.

Yes. Gemstone Lights can continue running saved patterns and schedules even if your internet connection is temporarily unavailable. Wi-Fi simply allows for remote control and programming through the mobile app.
